The John Yancy Memorial Scholarships, Inc. is inviting you to help raise funds for our scholarship while also raising money for your school’s organization. 'Warrior Pledge' makes a statement that you and your sponsors are committed to raising money to support our scholarship and grant program, in memory of John Yancy and his last words to friends and family, “don’t smoke or EVER do drugs for me”.

Collect pledges from family members, friends, and co-workers by having them sponsor you in this event. 30% of funds collected will go to your school club or organization.

“Warrior Pledge” can be done exclusively with offline pledge forms! Nothing technical about it! Pledges can be made at our website Click Here to download pledge form by donation and leaving a message to your pledge-raiser. All donors who pledge online will receive a printable tax-deductible e-mail receipt.

Pledges can go twice as far if the donor's employer has a matching gift program. Matching forms can be acquired from the employer's human resources department. A completed matching form must accompany donor's contribution and this pledge form.

Prize Money:
A prize will be awarded to the individual who collect pledges please read below.

The student pledge-raiser submitting the most in pledge dollars, above $300.00, will receive an IPod Touch 8GB thanks to the generosity of our Palm Beach Gardens Mall Apple Store. The student and their coach/sponsor will be our guests for golf and dinner at the second annual John Yancy Memorial Gold Classic, November 5, 2011.

Pledges:
Pledging will start, September 23, 2011 and continue until October 14, 2011.
